This is about how to improve your life with single tasks.

"Take deep breaths, stretch, and take breaks now and then.  Enjoy life.  Go outside, and appreciate nature.  Keep yourself sane." 

This advice reminds me of something my mom would always tell me to do! :)

I love this book.  It inspires me to simplify my life and business while focusing on my priorities,  I hope you all can enjoy some information from this book!

What to Set Limits On
* Email
* Daily tasks
* The amount of time spent on the phone
* The number of projects you have on your plate
* The number of blogs or other projects you subscribe to
* The amoutn of time you spend reading on the internet
* The number of things on top of your desk

Focus on changing one thing at a time and you will feel more productive!  :)

I love all of the people we come in contact with at the studio! Thank you to all the students who helped us stuff stockings for the Grove Nursing Center. The residents there were so happy!
